US Aviation Sponsors Travelling Forums

US Aviation has begun a series of travelling forums for pilots and aircraft owners. Currently focused on North Texas, the forums provide an opportunity to get hands-on experience with the latest technology and products relating to aviation. They also offer tips on resolving avionics and maintenance issues. Each forum features a representative who provides information on the newest products from companies like AmSafe, Aspen, Avidyne, and Garmin.

The initial events, held at Hicks Airfield near Fort Worth and Northwest Regional Airport at Roanoak, met with a highly positive and enthusiastic response. Future forums are planned for Kickapoo Airport in Wichita Falls on May 17 and then Aero Country near McKinney on June 7. All forums occur on Thursday evenings, 6 – 8 p.m. US Aviation provides free food and coupons for fuel and product discounts. “In a sense, it’s like bringing a small trade show to pilots’ local airports,” said Scott Severn, organizer of the forums for US Aviation. “We bring in a representative for US Aviation along with technicians from our avionics and maintenance shops to provide owners with answers to common or unusual problems they encounter. Pilots also get a valuable update on what’s new in the industry. So far, they like it.”

US Aviation, a full service FBO, provides single, multi engine, turbine and LSA maintenance services along with avionics installations and repair. For more information visit www.USAviation.aero; write info@USAviation.aero or call 920/297-6446.
