Pratt Open House and Plane Rides on Saturday, Aug. 25

Fly-in to land Saturday in Pratt:

If you’re interested in World War II history, the Pratt Regional Airport in Pratt, Kansas, is where to be Sat., Aug. 25 to take in the Commemorative Air Force fly-in and Bombers on the Prairie museum open house.

Highlights include rides on a 1944 Fairchild PT-23 trainer ($100) or a 1944 Cessna UC-78 Bobcat traner ($75). Of course, depending on your priorities, the highlight could also be the $5 breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. or the $5 lunch for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
