On Friday, May 3rd, Planes of Fame Air Museum will host a special ‘Airshow 2013 Preview’ event to view over 40 arriving aircraft and 5 performers practice sessions. This will be an action-filled day of getting up close and personal with the ‘Stars’ of the Airshow.
 
This historic event will feature five of only seven flyable P-38 Lightnings in existence. Plus 3 aircraft that are the only flying examples of their type in the world.
On May 4 and 5 will be the first time since WWII that 5 P-38s have flown together at an airshow!
 
This event is dedicated to providing you with detailed information about the 2013 Planes of Fame Airshow on May 4-5  themed, “Lightning Strikes Chino”, a nod to the famous WWII fighter Lockheed P-38 Lightning,
