A Free Open to the Public Event To Benefit a World Record Teen Solo Flight Across the USA

On Sunday May 22nd from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m., Tomorrow’s Aeronautical Museum – TAM (www.tamuseum.org) will be hosting hundreds of kids for a free lunch (while supplies last) sponsored by California Pizza Kitchen (www.cpk.com) at the Compton/Woodley Airport with a dynamic event called CPK (Cars, Planes, and Kids) to benefit a world record teen solo flight across the USA. Fifteen super cars (Bugatti, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, and McLaren) wrapped in super hero themes will be joining planes, helicopters, drones, and one of the worlds largest Instagram – Insta-Meet gatherings. #CPKCARSPLANESKIDS

Fox 11 News, Power 106 FM and 92.3FM, KJLH Radio, and Hot 92 will be promoting the event along with the Sentinel Newspaper and the Compton Herald. Vince Gliatta from MTV will be joining along with a range of talented DJs and local artists converging on the Compton Airport at TAM. 

TAM – is a historical aeronautical museum and STEM school that has taught more than 10,000 children how to fly planes and helicopters run by Robin Petgrave (Founder and Managing Director of TAM). Robin is a man who exemplifies the definitions of tirelessness, inspiration, and positive influence for children. Step into a world of contagious inspiration and learn how and why kids 6-18 years of age should learn to fly.
