Warriors In Need (WIN): Supporting Veterans’ Transition fromService to Civilian Success

Van Nuys/Burbank, CA– Warriors In Need (WIN) is on a mission to empower veterans

with the skills, community, and resources they need to transition from military service to

meaningful civilian careers. Founded by Marine Veteran Ben Ingram, WIN is dedicated to

assisting veterans by providing structured paths to success through mentorship,

career-focused training, and a strong support network.

Our Mission: A Clear Path for Veterans

WIN’s mission is simple but powerful: serve those who have served by offering veterans

clear career opportunities, mentorship, and resources to confront the unique challenges

of returning to civilian life. WIN works with leading partners, including Standard Aero and

Snap-on Tools, to create on-the-job training programs and ensure veterans have access to

the tools needed for success. By providing structure and a community of support, WIN

helps veterans build fulfilling post-service careers and stable lives.

Robert’s Story: A WIN Milestone

This week, WIN celebrates a milestone as Robert, a dedicated veteran and the first recruit

in WIN’s Academy, graduates. Robert joined WIN facing the same challenges many

veterans encounter—difficulty transitioning, lack of clear direction, and a need for

community. Through the WIN Partnership, Robert received hands-on training, career

support, and mentorship, which equipped him for a meaningful role in aviation

maintenance. His journey to graduation is a testament to WIN’s mission of empowering

veterans to achieve success.

Special Event: Bid to WIN a P-51 Mustang Ride for Our Veterans

In an exciting initiative, WIN is hosting a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity—a P-51 Mustang

ride auction, now open to all supporters of our veteran community. This auction isn’t just

about thrills; it’s about victory for our veterans. What began as a fundraiser has become a

fierce mission, battling homelessness and mental health struggles for our nation’s heroes.

The auction closes at 1900 hours (7:00pm) on November 7, and every bid contributes toWIN’s mission, fueling the transition journeys of veterans like Robert to careers in aviation

and stable civilian lives.
